You have shine on the eyes in this one. I actually really like the eyes, the mouth, and his beard.
Props for shading wrinkles too. That's something I've been too afraid to try yet. And yay eyebrows!
I actually only have anatomy stuff to say here. Maybe shorten the nose a little bit and bring the hairline up. As of now, he has no forehead. Here's a drawing tip I've been using for these situations. The distance from the chin to the bottom of the nose = the distance from the bottom of the nose to the eyebrows = the distance from the eyebrows to the hairline.
Oh, and I like the shape of the eye to my left, but for some reason the size of the one on my right. Also, another facial anatomy proportion tip... distance between eyes = the length of one eye.
Hope the tips aren't repetitive or anything. This one looks a lot better and yeah.
BTW, Arthur is awesome. He always will be.

But yeah, I've completely lost his forehead, haven't I?
As for the eye distance, I saw what you're saying, but when I checked I think it turned out to be right, at least according to one of the eyes, but as you say they're uneven.
I love Arthur too. I want to re-work this one once I finish some other portraits for practice.
Any comments on color, etc.?

Another tip for coloring, which may help this one especially to look less flat: keep in mind the way light works. When the light source is blue, make the shadows more orange, if it's yellow (which people seem to like for some reason) then it's purple and so on. The highlights and shadows tend to be complementary colors. But not too much, just add in a touch in each to give it more definition.
Um...maybe the bags under his eyes could be raised, because it looks like they're going right over his cheekbones right now, where a wrinkle wouldn't be. Also, a bit more highlight on the cheeks to define them, and if you bring the shadows on the outsides of the lower face in a little closer below the cheekbone it will help define it more.
These are all things I had to really search for. It does look really good.
